Has anyone stayed at or know anything about Three Palms Villa on STT? We are coming for our third trip to paradise in November. The first time we had a group of 12 family members and stayed at Casa Boug. on the East End and the second time we stayed at a condo in Anchorage. We have fallen in love with your island. Can' t wait to get there!!!

Never stayed there - visited friends who were renting it -- 12 people would be a stretch[ bed and space wise ]- serious cliffside location -- possibly dangerous for small children - could not be unsupervised small children for sure.
Well kept and comfortable furniture - great kitchen - very windy when I was there - stunning view!

Thanks for the info - there will only be 6 of us this time. No small children, just a 12 and 13 year old.

A group of 8 of us stayed there in early January. It is a very nice villa with an awesome view towards St. John and the BVI. Rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms/showers are recently upgraded. I think they were also going to do some work on the deck/pool area or put in a hot tub this summer. You are on a cliff a couple hundred feet above the water and it is great. Our hosts were very cool and left us alone...but were always available if we needed something or had a question about the islands. Rent a van though. We tried convertables (too small) and had trouble getting up the driveway which is steep. The van worked much better. I would definitely rent this villa again.
