What would a typical Thanksgiving menu be in St. Thomas?

Hello Judi,

Typical (at home) would be turkey & gravy, mash potatos, rice, macroni, stuffing, vegetables, pumpkin pie. Other side dishes that might differ or be added are plantains, sweet potato, eggplant, yams, dasheen, bread or johnny cakes, cooked pumpkin or papaya and some alternate desert, maybe a pineapple tart or coconut tart. Some folks might not have turkey but a chicken instead and some might not do the thanksgiving "typical" meal at all.

At restaurants/resorts that are open and serving a thanksgiving meal it is usually the traditional thanksgiving foods.
