My friends and I will be leaving for STT on Saturday morning. Thanks to everyone for all the useful information.

Islander - I called the Banana Tree Grill for a reservation on Mothers Day and they were happy to take the reservation a week early.

Marty - I called Indigo and made reservations there for this Saturday night.

Thank you again!

Hi all,

We arrived on Saturday and words can't describe how beautiful STT and our villa are......more will follow when I return.

Has anyone ever had dinner at Robert's? I beleive it is near the Red Hook area.

We had dinner our first night and Indigo and it was wonderful; both the service and the food. Great presentation too!

Robert's is at the Elysian. Great piano bar, great she-crab soup and more!

Now that I am back to reality, here is my trip report. First - this website offered great information prior to my trip and hats off to all who answered my questions.

Our villa was so beautiful and overlooked Magens Bay. Each morning we had coffee on the balcony and watched the peligans dive for fish. Our first night we had dinner and Indigo and loved it. It was one of the best resturants we tried that week.

Sunday we spent most of the day on Magens beach and although snorkeling wasn't great, we had a better time above water watching those peligans come within inches of us as they seached for their breakfast. Lots of fun!

Monday some of our group went to St. John for snorekling and they loved it. The rest of us explored town and the Havensight Mall area. We ended every day in our pool or hot tub sipping drinks. A few iguanas visited us by the pool and one was over 4 ft long.

We also had dinner at the Banana Tree Grill, East End Cafe, and Room with a View. All were excellent, but Indigo was my favorite.

The rest of the week went by so fast, but we enjoyed everything about St. Thomas. The roads are alittle scary for me, but since I wasn't a driver, I just closed my eyes whenever there was a cliff on my side of the car. The Magens Bay area is fantasic and I would recommened staying there to anyone.

We are already planning our next trip back to St. Thomas!
