Hi, I realize that many people have posted about airfares; sorry about the redundancy.. I'm a 17 year-old from Atlanta, and I'll be traveling to St. Croix from June 23rd to July 3rd, 2005. The lowest flight ticket I can find is $660, and I was wondering if that's the cheapest ticket I can get from now til June and if I should just go ahead and buy that one.
Also, I know that 18 is the drinking age in the U.S. Virgin Islands, but is it strictly enforced?
It's not enforced at all.

If you must drink, do so responsibly. Traveling alone is hard enough. Doing so under the influence is not advisable. Make sure alcohol is not your memory (or lack there of) of STX.
Hello Janet,
Thats not a great price, but I am not sure if waiting will get you a better price. Your travel dates are when St. John Carnival is going on so some increase in travelers to the USVI because of that... also its 4th of July weekend when you are traveling back which is a popular travel time. There were specials in February/March with great fares but they required early purchase and if I remember correctly travel had to be completed by early June.
I just checked a few sites and found $655, $686 and $780.
Anyone familiar with Atlanta-USVI travel... what rates do you usually get? What do you consider a good fare?
