Any recommendations on tattoo shops on St. Thomas, if so does anybody recommend any one person. Thanks

I know that Sam used to be in front of Charlotte Tamales, above the DVD rental place, but I'm not sure if she's changed locations or not...give her a ring...nice lady and very talented...
