I've been to the Pump Room in Charlotte Amalie at the ferry dock. Never heard of Tap Room. Is it on STJ?

It is a bar ( i think) in Mongoose junction. I believe it was started by the people who make Virgin Island Pale Ale.

Yes -- it's a nice place. Air conditioned. Great brews. Cool t-shirts. Do a search on this forum for Virgin Islands Pale Ale -- there was a long thread recently. =)
