Can anyone tell me what there is to do with teenage girls. One is 15 and the other is 16. We are staying at the Wyndham Sugar Bay. It is our first time in St. Thomas

What kind of teens are they? Have they ever been to the Caribean before? Do they explore beaches in flip-flops...or do they prefer shopping and museums? Might they sail? Are they athletic?

One has been before and one has not. They both enjoy shopping and the beach. I see there are alot of tours that combine both, do you recommend? Also, is there anything for them to do at night? Thanks for your help

Maybe spend a day shopping, then the rest of the time soaking up the beach and water. Take a kayak out around the bay. We did that, it was great exercise and fun..saw a sea turtle too! Walk over to Coki beach and snorkel. Have a fun time!
