is there surfing out in st. john? are there any lessons available?

I'm not a surfer but I have seen many surfers at Hart Bay on the south side of St. John. They were out there for hours having fun.

South side is the only place for summer swell - need a southeast swell to get any action.

If you want a bodyboard lesson my girlfriend would be happy to take you out -- reply to this post and we'll get in touch...

It is pretty tough to learn to surf there - reef break -- but if you have a long board you should bring it.
