Honey Any place on STJohn is gonna be alright why would you want more? but to be inamerica's Paradise , even the camp grounds are really great to stay at .Trust me X Islander

I used to live across the street from these villas. They are nice but a bit run down. Really great views from most units. I think too far from town to walk unless you're one of those extra healthy types!!! Not far with transportation.

I own a unit here and as of last June, they were starting to do some updates and repairs to the units. Check with St. John Properties (the local management company for them) to find out what has progressed. They are too far from town to walk so you will need a vehicle. For my family, the place is just fine. Lots of space and privacy and a nice pool with a great view of St. Thomas. We don't need fancy accomodations so the units work well.
