It's a little early yet for all the ads to be popping up but most of the resorts such as Sugar Bay, the Ritz, Marriott Frenchman's Reef and also several restaurants do the Sunday Easter brunch. I'll try and remember to post back when the list starts coming out, or else you can check the Daily News online at http://www.virginislandsdailynews.com, as well as the weekly advertising newspaper, Island Trader, through a link on there. Where are you staying, and presumably you'll have a car?

Hook,Line and Sinker in Frenchtown - on the water and not a buffet but great brunch food.

East End Cafe/Pesce in Red Hook has a great brunch with a bloody mary and mimosa all you can drink bar. I believe the all you can drink bar is $10.00, brunch is normal island price.

A few years ago we had Mother's day brunch at Marriott Frenchman's Reef thanks to Ronnie's suggestion. It was Fabulous. I'm sure the Easter brunch would be just as good.
