BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
My husband is allegic to pepper and was told by the server JASPER , that there was no pepper in this meal we ordred(FISH). Story short it has been 4 weeks , no resolution from the staff , insurance company ,was hospitalized 3 times since this and he cannot eat or drink with out much pain. The staff is rude and now ignoring me , and even the asst manager hung up on me her name is Judi Bryant .
Have yet to recieve a incident report and have had to spend ove 700.00 out of pocket for RX and DR;s Visist. not to mention a test that cost 1,600. An all we were offered was a free stay at the Hotel for future visist , like we wanna come back! huh!! Any one got any stories like such pls email me @ [email protected] Also if anyone reading this it happend on the 16th of sept we need anyone who was also in the resturant to respond.
