I would like to hear what people consider their overall top 3 restaurants in St. Thomas. I know a lot will have different types of dishes - prices - views - decor & service. But if you had to choose your top 3 which ones would you pick and why?

Thanks,
Bruce

Hi,

Really hard to pick just three....there are so many to choose from and with such a variety of offerings.

Three that I try to hit on every visit are:

- Blue Moon Cafe - Great food, great location (my favorite resort) fabulous hostess in Julie, right on the beach.

- Agave Terrace - For me the food and service have been consistenly good over the past six or seven years, fabulous down island view.

- Eunice's aka Sandra's aka Glenda's - wonderful west indian cooking, friendly hosts, reasonable prices, large portions, one of the best hot sauces I've encountered anywhere in the caribbean.

.....it's really not fair limiting things to three though. There are way too many to pick from.......Virgilio's, Caribbean Steak House and Saloon, Mims, Cuzzins, Alexanders, Room with a View, Banana Tree Grill, Sib's, Gladys', Old Stone Farmhouse.

I think I'm putting on weight just thinking about all this great food.

Only 3? Think it's easier to list the ones to skip ...

Old Stone FarmHouse, nice setting (no water view tho) eccletic cuisine, lovely ambience
Blue Moon Cafe, Secret Harbour, on the beach
Inn at BlackBeards, wonderful view from Terrace ...

others that are also rans are Room with a View at BlueBeard's, enjoyed a nice dinner at Seafood Jungle, for Italian head to Romano's, Cuzzins for local (or Gladys), Raffles, Alexander's ... waiting for Mafolie to reopen for the fantastic views - soon maybe - ? and I'll think of 20 more after I hit post!

Okay, I'll bite...
1. Randy's for food, people watching.
2. Cuzzin's for West Indian food in a historic setting and great cocktails.
3. Old Stone Farmhouse for sushi and classic martinis.

Well, I get to put more too, since everyone else did- Alexander's for chicken fried steak 😉 ...Mim's and Blue Moon for the water view... Sopchoppy's and Pizza Amore for the pizza and great staff...For unique settings: Azure, Banana Tree, Texas Pit, Epernay, The Pointe, Carnival Food Fair and Carnival Village (Carnival time only), St Thomas Yacht Club, pig roast at Bonnie's, Hull Bay Hideaway...Can I keep going?????
