My husband and I will be vacationing on STT and STJ next month, and it's been almost 18 years since our last visit, so you can imagine how much we're looking forward to it. (Especially coming from Massachusetts where we've had snowstorm after snowstorm and freezing temps this winter.)
From surfing around the USVI websites, it seems that there are many, many more restaurants and businesses on the islands since our last trip, and we are looking for any suggestions on favorite Tortola day sails, 1/2 day fishing charters, bars & casusal restaurants, etc. Can anybody give us a few ideas on reputable charter companies and great places to eat and drink? I feel like we've been away forever, and I can't wait to go back.....
Thanks

Suzanna-

We just booked a 1/2 day fishing trip with Capt. Gene Smith on the Reel Therapy. We haven't fished with him before, but he was recommended and every communication thus far has been friendly and professional. his website is: reel-therapy.com

Hello Suzanna,

Take a look at the daysails listed at https://www.vinow.com/stthomas/SandL/charters.php (click on the link, it goes to our St. Thomas Daysail section).

Lots of good casual restaurants. On St. Thomas you can try Sibs, Northdrop, Hull Bay Hideaway, Greenhouse, Tickles, Hook, Line & Sinker, Iggies to name a few.
