Where is the best place to stock up on groceries and supplies on ST Thomas? We'll be staying at Point Pleasant on the East End.

Hi Mickey! Watch the sales at K-Mart for household goods and some food items. PriceSmart ($10 membership fee) is very clean and offers good prices on food in bulk as well as household items. I've found their meats to be quite good and reasonably priced. Cost-U-Less is another option for bulk purchasing. All three are located in the Tutu area, so plan a trip to the country! I make a run to Marina Market for all the things I can't find in the Tutu area. Hope this helps!

Hi There,

Food Centre right across from the entrance to Compass Point is new and has a good selection of groceries.

Marina Market in Red Hook or Gourmet Gallery at Havensight are good choices for 'gourmet' items.

Another option is the Plaza Extra at Tutu, although the selection is similar to that at the Food Centre, it is an older store and a bit further from where you are staying.

Schultz.
