We own a 2BR condo at Mahogany Run and rent it out some months during the year. Right now is a very soft market for rentals, nothing happening, winter months are best and Holiday weeks rent out for what you can get for a month at other times, so you make your money there. We use John Foster Real Estate. There are several agencies that take care of everything but you have to be careful, some come with hefty fees tacked on for every little thing they do.
