Has anyone stayed at or seen DIVA villa in STT (Peterborg)? Four friends and I are staying there in early May - it looks great and Sherri has been finding out things for us, too. (Thanks, Sherri, can't wait to meet you!)

Thanks!

I haven't stayed there, but have visited there. The owners are very nice people, who spend time on the island to make sure everything is ship-shape with the villa. Although there are several newer villas on Peterborg, Diva has absolutely one of the best locations - low on the hillside, close to the water, great views of Magens Bay beach and the surrounding area, and one of the easiest villlas to get to on Peterborg. Excellent choice!

Thanks, wh! I heard that the owner was just on-island spiffing up the place, It's always good to know that an owner takes a real interest. I had heard a long time ago that this owner also has Pallina - is that true, or was one sold? Can't wait to see Diva - DH and I are spending 12 days in STX in April and then I get a week at Diva with the girls - a great year!!

Margy.

Chill! 🙂
You're going to Love it.

You have a great location (Peterborg is my all-time favorite spot).....overlooking the perfect beach....and you'll have the ideal "secret beach" within walking distance (I'm drooling right now)........and you'll have Nancy and company as your agent, so no worries about the house and issues......and you have Sherri as your escort.......and you can get to Charlotte Amalie, Hull Bay and Red Hook...easily! The house is so easy to get to....and the location is safe and serene. Kate and Indigo are just around the corner.

What more could you want? A chef? A guy to peel grapes and feed them to you? (you can have this, of course....I bet Nancy knows "a guy").

Enjoy, dear.

Ohh, Blu - I'm not stressin' - Sherri told me to do a post as Diva is such a popular villa and so I did. All of the Diva Divas agreed that we could use a cabana boy (is that politically incorrect??) to mix drinks and fluff our towels but, at our ages, finding one who didn't want tons of $$ might be difficult - lol. I'll bet Nancy could find us one, tho, she's got that island covered. She once returned a call to us while at her doctor's office - woman runs a tight ship - lol - and the properties she handles show that ethic.

Margy,
You are correct. Diva's owners also owned Pallina but sold it 2 or 3 years ago. By the way, for future reference Pallina is another great Peterborg villa - farther out on the peninsula, but has very nice features, amenities, view, etc.

MargyZ,
So glad you posted and hope you get even more feedback! Diva is VERY popular for sure and the owners have made some nice changes and new furniture as well! I am sure the Diva Diva's will have a wonderful time! 🙂
Shouldn't have any problems finding a Cabana Boy, infact I would say it is a MUST! See you in May!
