My husband & I are going to STJ this June for our 25th anniversary and having our college age kids join us 4 days after we arrive. I was wondering if the trip from STT airport to the ferry is confusing at all. Should we plan on meeting them at STJ, or go over to meet them where you get the ferry, or venture back to the airport to meet them for safetys sake. Or am I worrying for nothing

hello Lorie
The ride from the airport to the ferry to town or red hook isn't confusing, cabs deliver people all the time and know the schedules, what I guess depends on, have you and your kids been to STT and feel comfortable venturing on your own. You know your children, would they be anxious in a new place. I know when I was in college I wasn't afraid of anything (ignorance is bliss)
Also what will give you peace of mind, meeting them at the airport or at the dock in Cruz Bay, another concideration is,,,what time does their flight arrive in STT. That would be a big factor. I'm not sure if I helped, guess it depends on your travel experiences and your children, just use good common sense that everybody is comfortable with and you will absolutely LOVE STT AND STJ

These are college age kids, aren't they? If they can manage to get from where they live to the STT airport without an escort, they can probably make it the rest of the way. Enjoy your day. Let them come to you.
