I read that noise at your Villa on STJ after 10 pm isnt tolerated to much. Is that true or can someone help me out here?

I would not think 'noise' is tolerated that much at any time. Loud music, etc. should probably be avoided after 10 PM as a general courtesy to your neighbors. After 10 PM, I prefer the natural sounds of water, fauna and breeze through the trees to anything man can produce.
