Are there any rental companies on STJ that will allow a 23 year old to drive?

Sorry, but no!

My fiance and I are 21 (though we'll be 22 on our trip this summer) and we are renting from Budget at the STT airport because NO ONE on STJ will rent to drivers uner 25. Budget on STT is one of the few rental agencies over there that will allow you to take the car by ferry to STJ.

This isn't ideal, we had hoped to rent on STJ, but it's not an option. At least not for a few more years!
