I just read that the owner of the Beach Bar in Cruz Bay has been sentenced to 20 months (& fined $676k) for tax evasion. Has anyone heard if that might affect the operation of the Beach Bar - might it close? Even so, I'll bet someone would step-up and either run it or buy it.

Just sayin'...

We were on island last week and were told that nothing will change with the Beach Bar. Business as usual. Not really sure what that means, but we spent quite a bit of time there (and Money)8-)
