Hey everyone!
I just got back from STJ last night. What a trip! It was lots of fun. We got in Wed. afternoon after a LONG day of travels (My only complaint) the stop in San Juan was a pain.Last year when we went we had the luxury of not dealing with San Juan. We stayed at the Westin which was very nice...even though we didnt spend much time at the resort. The rooms were nice and everything. Beach...not so much. In fact we didn't even go to the Westin beach. The only thing we did through the Westin was jet skiing...which was a lot of fun! Wednesday night we went to Woody's. I LOVED it 🙂 Thurs. morning we went to Cinnamon which was gorgeous. I loved it there. It rained a little in the mroning but turned out to be a wonderufl day. That night we went to dinner at High Tide...Great food and great drinks! We got two free frozen drinks at all the restaurants we went to which was awesome. Friday morning we took the ferry to Jost Van Dyke...Took a little bit of time but was well worth the waiting. Jost is amazing and White Bay is something you do not want to miss. Definetly the highlight of my trip. When we got there we headed over to Ivan's Stress Free Bar. We met everyone there including Ivan..Very nice people..So we ended up booking NEW YEARS there through their campsite. Anyone ever stayed at IVan Campground? We got a cabin. LOOKING forward to that! Anyhow..then we went over to the Soggy Dollar and layed out on the beach all day...BEAUTIFUL. Towards the end of the day we headed over to Seddy's One Love Bar where we met SEddy (Whom i ADORE!) He's so awesome..he showed us all these magic tricks and gave us free shots. I loved ONE LOVE. I def. recomend checking it out...I was wondering is Seddy related to Foxy? Same last name i think..Callwood..anyone know? After Jost we headed back to STJ and went to Morgan's Mango for dinner...good food...not my fav. restaurant. After we headed over to Lizard's Landing..I loved the bar tender here...great drinks..great atmosphere..however i liked it better when it was Duffy's. Saturday morning we went waverunning and then we headed to Trunk..My boyfriend has never been there and wanted to check it out..It was a relaxing day of laying around on the beach. fun..the surf was really rough though. Our last night we went to The Balcony...Good food..but real pricey. It was nice for a romantic dinner out though 🙂 AFter we headed to Woody's for a while then went back to packup. Anyone else there when we were?!The trip was great and i can't wait to go back for NEW YEARS! Thanks for readin!

~Lindsey

It is my understanding that Seddy is Foxy's son.
Glad you had a great trip!

i've stayed at ivans and rented a cabin...as you must have seen they are very basic but at ivans/jost we never spend much time inside(sleep and to get dressed). the bathrooms are much better than many stateside campgrounds..the shower..well..it's an adventure..might need a partner to hold the curtain, unless you don't care who sees you !!! we stayed at sandcastles and i guess we were there the day you visited(friday)3/31... we love it there but we did miss the different vibe at ivans...we went to his bbq thurs night and got to see ivan, reuben and the rest..had a great/fun night.in fact our last night on jost after dinner in great harbour(corsairs)dancing at foxys we headed back to ivans to visit/hang out with new friends staying there...great end to a fabulous vacation!! some might think we're crazy but we're thinking of doing ivans next yr instead of sandcastles..or maybe a split ?? new years at ivans will be perfect..theres a group that comes each yr/should be a memorable time..one regular guest cooks breakfast new yrs day for everyone !!! i'm soooo jealous !! any questions, i'd be glad to help, if i can. have fun !!! also as Jay said check out www.traveltalkonline.com ...bvi forum/great info!!
