My wife received a gift from Westin Hotels so we have a trip to St. John coming up.
We have 1st class tickets and a free stay a the Westin and I'm trying to plan our days. I'm not into the bar scene and don't really drink so places like that don't appeal.
I've ordered a kit from here but would like personal suggestions if possible of what we should do during our week. Should we plan on visiting St. Thomas & St Croix also?
Places, resturants (I LOVE FOOD), and attractions would be awsome.

Definitely lots of beach days & snorkeling. The National Park is the attraction on St. John so perhaps some hiking, visit the ruins like Cinnamon Bay and Annaberg. You can take a guided hike with the National Park of Reef Bay Trail. They also have various demonstrations at different times of the week.
A daytrip to St. Thomas is easy. St. Croix is further away and would require 2 ferry trips or 1 ferry and 1 seaplane/airline flight. Depending on how many days you actually have you can decide if you want to do a day trip. You can also daytrip to the BVI islands - but again it depends on how many days you have.
