The Anchorage is on Cowpet Bay. There is a restaurant, Arthur's, that is a nice hang out. It is next door to the St Thomas Yacht Club. Further down the beach (over some rocks!) is Cowpet and the Elysian and two more restaurants- Robert's and Bonnie's. Fairly close to The Ritz. For everything else (Red Hook and beyond) you will need a car or a taxi. And as the Anchorage is a gated condominium complex, I am pretty sure you would have to call a taxi, no taxi stand.
