i need a cocktail bad. how do i get to the soggy dollar bar on jost van dyke from st thomas ?

is there a water taxi ? do i rent a speed boat, if so do i have to clear customs in the bvi ?

There is a ferry from St. John. You do have to clear customs in JVD. You could also go to West End, Tortola, clear customs there and catch a ferry from there too!
