We are going to spend 2 days on St. Thomas after 9 days on St. John. What would people suggest we do that we couldn't do on St. John. By then I'm sure we will want to do something other than snorkel and hang out ont the beach. We have a 5 year old so nothing too intellectual. Any interesting fishing villages to visit? Interesting parts of town? Is Coral World worth it?
Thanks,
Dale
Coral World is a great idea for your 5 year old. There are many suggestions listed under St. Thomas/Attractions link from menu at top of this page. The Paradise Point tramway is a great relaxer for young and old with beautiful views. Not sure what the age limits for SNUBA underwater adventure are but that is worth considering as is the Atlantis submarine.
Charlotte Amalie is great for shopping but eventually hard on 5 year olds (as well as the parents having to carry them). Red Hook offers a less hectic port but not nearly as sedate as Cruz.
