I need a hotel room in St. Thomas for one night in June before we head over to St. John the next morning. Can anyone recommend a clean - but inexpensive - place to stay for one night?

Thanks for your help,
Cathy

Reasonable rates, all rooms are on the beach, next to the airport so you can be on the beach withing 30 minutes of landing. 🙂

Bunker Hill Hotel worked for us when we had to spend the night on STT waiting for villa on STJ. It was clean and the price was right. 3 blocks from the ferry in CA.

The Island View Mountain Inn is good as well as the Mafolie.

The Galleon House above the main part of C-E is good, but around $100/night. Breakfast on veranda, good views, watch the seaplanes land [or do they water?]. If you're just looking for a bed overnight before you move out, emarald beach or carib [best western] are close to airport and nice enough rooms.
