I'm not really interested in shopping for jewelry, but I'm wondering if some of you ladies can give me the names of some of your favorite clothing boutiques. I'm a 50 something lady but still have a 30 something eye when it comes to fashion. Are there any fun clothing stores that anyone especially likes?
check out "Fresh Produce" in town.

They have some upscale shopping at Yacht Haven Grande, lots of great choices with a few designer stores. Don't forget to stop by Fat Turtle for a cocktail and mail out a post card. They give you neat drink coasters that are also post cards.
Have a great trip!

Take a ferry ride over to St. John - Bougainvilla in Mongoose Junction is a GREAT place.
Local Color on the Waterfront in town and at Havensight! (tu)
There's a great boutique in Palm Passage in town selling handpainted clothing and home accessories. Just Imagine is the name of it. They used to have a great gauzy line of separates, but don't know if they're still using that brand. They had a long, cotton gauze, kind of fitted dress that looked elegant on everybody I saw trying it on (even me!). It was $98. Nice because you can't get them everywhere.
Lino 120 in Riise's alley is kind of nice, but I never see anything that works for me. Very trend Italian linens.
Outrigger Boutque in Havensight had a GORGEOUS peacock dress with little sparkles on it, but it was still kind of go anywhere - not cocktail sparkly. They have pretty purses made from mother-of-pearl. They also carry Joseph Ribkoff.
Indulge Boutique in Port of Sale/Havensight is the newest boutique on island. When I was last there, she had a lot of that thin, very soft cotton knit slinky stuff. Nice, but made me look too thin.
Stock levels, though, will depend on when you're here. Now they're all fully stocked. Might not be that way come summer.
Havana Nine in Yacht Haven has cotton and linen at reasonable prices and has great sales. [men and women.]
