beachtops.com is a 3 bdrm/3ba condo at Cowpet bay - locally owned and really well maintained.
"Beachfront" and "Reasonably priced" don't mix here very often! Good luck in your search!

go to vrbo.com, click on carribbean rentals, then USVI St. Thomas, then south side rentals, then Bolongo Bay. There will be a number of condos listed. We stayed in a two bedroom condo at Watergate Villas that was wonderful. It had beautiful views and was attached to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort which had watersports and restaurants. Good luck!
If you're looking for a rental I highly recommend renting a unit at Sapphire Village from Rita at www.condodelmar.com. The studio we stayed in two summers ago was less than a 5 minute walk from Sapphire Beach, overlooked the marina with beautiful views of St John and Rita was very accommodating.

Sapphire Village is not "beachfront". Nice beachfront condos are Sapphire Beach Resort and Secret Harbor.
Sapphire, I hear ya, but the village is still very nice. The views are beautiful, but you're not smack dab on the beach. Short walk or very very short ride down to the parking lot for the beach.
I only made a note of that as the original post asked for "beachfront". VRBO Village rentals sometimes give the impression that they are beachfront.
