What is the best place to stay in St Thomas with 2 children ages 4 and 7 ??They both love to swim and snorkel we just got back from a cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel and we couldnt get them out of the water!! I know that we will be going to coral world and some day trips but I just cant decide where to stay. Daycare is not a big issue we did not use it much on the disney cruise but it was nice to have when we did. We are looking for a nice place on the beach. Any ideas??

My suggestions are Sapphire Beach Resort - great beach, great pool. You have a kitchenette in room so you can make some food in there. Or try Bolongo Beach Resort - more of a budget resort but a nice beach and adequate rooms. They have two bedroom condos there or hotel rooms. Or you can stay at a villa but most won't be on the beach (but will have pools). Check out www.stthomasvirginisland.com

Hello Kelly,

Sapphire is a good choice with kids. Sugar Bay I believe has a kids themed promotion going - so you might look into that. Secret Harbor has kitchenettes and a nice beach and is a nice property.
