*we are arriving by cruise ship, is it better to rent a car in st. thomas and take car ferry to st. john or take a ferry to st. john and rent a car there? we want to go to honeymoon beach for snorkeling for the day. No other driving.. OR take a tour to trunk bay , if so how would we get to honeymoon beach?? or should we just take a taxi to honeymoon beach if so how do we get taxi back to the ferry.??? sorry for so many questions. How do I get a map of st.john?? thanks

are there any lockers at trunk bay to store stuff while snorkeling?
is the snorkeling really not good there anymore,???? thank you for your help. vjb

Hello VIcki,

The Cruz Bay - Trunk Bay taxi cost is:
$5.50 for one person
$9 for two
$4 each person for a group of 3 or more
takes about 12 minutes if you don't stop at the look out for pictures and view.

There are lockers.

The snokeling is still good but if you are familiar with the underwater trail then you will note the obvious wear and tear of hundreds of visitors a day.
