My husband and I will be visiting St. John for our anniversary and are looking for a villa on the Eastern (Coral Bay) side with A/C (at least in BR), pool, and view. A spa/jacuzzi would be a bonus. Will rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle and understand that driving can be adventurous but is a small price to pay for the view, but ease of access is a consideration when comparing villas.
We have narrowed it down to the following three that are available for our dates, fit our budget, and have the required A/C, and pool (and bonus spa). We will be visiting the beaches but also want to have a place where we can relax and just hang out by the pool (hopefully in sunshine) enjoying the view. What I'm trying to say is we can't afford luxury we are looking for the nicest that we can afford.
I was hoping to get advice/opinions on the villas. They are in different areas (Bordeaux, Ajax, Coral Bay) so input on area would also be appreciated.

This may not come on air soon enough for you (didn't see anything within 2 weeks), but I think this episode of HGTV's House Hunters International features Aria:
