We are narrowing down our search to three villas, Adeste, Palm Villa and Reef Bay View. Adeste seems to imply that the owner is on site? Any information on these villas: location, privacy, condition.. will be appreciated.
I walked through Adeste 3 years ago. This is a very nice villa but if you have more than one Jeep you're going to have parking problems. You need a 4WD because of the steepness of the road but the road is all paved. The owners residence is below the villa but I don't think you would even know that they are there the way it's built. The location is really great!! I don't know the other houses but the Reef Bay house would be quite far from the northshore beaches. I personally wouldn't want to stay out in that area but that's just me. I don't know where Palm Villa is.
We're off tomorrow morning for STJ for 3 weeks. Good luck with your decision. Chosing the villa is the hardest part of the trip.
