We are going to be in St. John for two weeks from 5/14-5/28. Instead of taking Captain Nautica or NH II, couldn't we catch the ferry at 8:30 from St. John and return at 3:00 p.m. from Virgin Gorda on Thursdays or on a Sunday? I know it is a longer ferry ride but it would save us some money and we would have more time on Virgin Gorda. We will get all the snorkeling we want on the days in St. John. Thanks for your responses.

Hello Trixie,

Sure you can take the ferry. Bring proper identification of citzenship for passing through BVI customs/immigration.
