My apologies if this has been addressed before, but is there really no direct ferry option from Cruz Bay to Road Town? The only Tortola option listed on this site is to West End. So we have to either cab from there to Road Town or take the ferry from Cruz Bay back to St. Thomas first and then to Road Town from there?

Right. Less expensive to take the taxi from West End to Road Town which is $27.
