I am researching and planning a trip to St John. I am going to be staying at Cinnamon Bay Campground with my family. Three boys ages 4, 6, and 10. I was considering going in November, but can't wait that long. Can anyone tell me what to expect for weather the third week of July? Can anyone give me any insight on the Cinnamon Bay Campground? Thanks for your help.

Should be beatiful! I will be there then. It's the "hot" time of the year, which is a lot cooler and less humid than home (Southeastern US). Hurricane season doesn't begin for another month. Scroll down or maybe back a page or two for a good trip report from a guy that was there recently.

Hello RSmall,

For weather information scroll to the top of this page and on the right hand side there is a link 'Weather'. There you will find average temperatures by month, highs & lows, average rainfall by month, water temperatures, hurricane information and a 5 day forcast. It should give you a good idea of what our weather is like yearround.

Thanks,

Will be warmer than Maine. But we went to Orlando last July. Thanks for the info.

I just came back from Cinnamon Bay a week ago. Here's a link to my trip report:

I have 3 sons as well, and I plan to take them camping at Cinnamon Bay. Hopefully I'll have enough frequent flyer miles built up by the summer of 2006.

By the way, there were lots of families there. Many kids running around.

My boys are currently 6,8 and 12. I can't wait to go back with them.
