my question is, we are going there in May and want to  know if great cruz bay is open to the public, because the westin resort is there, and not open yet.  We go to st Thomas and st John often and tried to go to morningstar beach but they said it was closed due to construction. Thanks for any information.

All beaches in USVI are public by law.
