Sorry if this has been discussed before. Am I going to catch total hell from the locals if I bring my family to stay at Grande Bay in October? I have read and completely understand all the negative reviews associated with the place. I would feel the same way if I lived there, but darn if they don't have some really great specials. And I like the fact that it's right there in Cruz Bay.....so convenient to everything.....and no parking worries. I stayed just up the hill from Grande Bay last year in a nice place, but I'm not sure my parents could make it up and down that hill.

Anyway, just curious about your thoughts.

Also, is there anywhere on the island you can get cheap groceries? We were blown away last year at the prices we saw.....$14 for a frozen pizza!
