I'll be visiting St Thomas 7/21 - 7/27 and plan to make a trip to St John while visiting. I'm looking for a for a tour operator that provides a water excursion such as a day sail to some of the key snorkel spots on the island. Any suggestions out there?

Try Horizon Charters at http://www.newhorizons.daysails.com/ According to their web site they do visit St. John. Look under Classic Day Sail Link.
