Thinking of vacationing on St. John in early May.
On average, is this a very rainy time of year? Will definitely want to snorkel lots, and would like clear waters!
This is a tough one. I believe it is one of the months with more rain, but it is when we like to go. We will be there on May 7. We are very fortunate to be able to stay 2 to 3 weeks. We have never had a vacation ruined due to rain. Don't let the weather station scare you; it almost always says rain. Many times it is just at night or for an hour or two or not at all. A few years ago it kept us from eating outside for dinner a few times. Last year we did have 2 days where we got off the beach for awhile. Good luck with your decision.
