Well, tell me how you really feel? By the way, if you read "Keep Left" than you will note a disclaimer that some of the book was fiction, so don't get so upset over the book or what you preceive to be facts rather than fiction. By the way, someone must have liked it - it sells on Ebay/Amazon for $87.50 a copy and someone had a new copy recently that was advertised at $300 for the copy.
My next book "Flat Busted," just came off the press Saturday. It's almost all fiction. Thanks for your comments.

While some of the disgusting things written may very well be stretched into fiction, I can't imagine it was a very far off.
