St. Croix' s population is about 55,000.
The major foods produced on St. Croix are rum and dairy products, and some others I may have forgotten.
The "National" Bird of the Virgin Islands is the bananaquit.
The "National" Flower of the Virgin Islands is the Ginger Thomas.
The cultural dance on St. Croix is the quadrille.
