Does anyone have any advice and/or comments on Cane Beach in St. Croix and the Villa Dawn that is right off Cane Beach?

Cane Bay is a very nice area - good beach, dive shop, good snorkeling and diving, interesting restaurants. It's an easy drive to either town. I would definitely suggest getting a car to explore the island.

I've never been in Villa Dawn, but others who have seem satisified.

Cane Bay is a nice beach. Great for diving. I got married in St Croix in 2002 and we (4 of us) stayed at Villa Dawn. Villa Dawn is a nice place and has a beautiful view. We loved sitting on the pool stools and admiring the view. It is located right up the hill from Off the Wall which is a fun beach bar. For the price and location, I think Villa Dawn is worth it.

What Linda J said. I've never been to Villa Dawn either, but (of course) I've been to Cane Bay many times. It's a wonderful beach to sun, swim, snorkel or dive. Two great bars too!

I've also met numerous folks who have stayed at Villa Dawn and they all state that it is exactly as advertised on their website - a very nice property.

Also agree with Linda J that you would want a car.
