can you ride/rent horses if yes where?

I'm not aware of any trail rides on STT, but go here:

You can't rent horses on ST anymore. You may be able to do donkey rides at Solberg Farm in ST, though. Call them at 340-774-6641.

Horseback riding is available in St John. Call 340-693-5778 for all the details.
