I booked several times and flyed with spirit. when booking my ticket to go to Florida for my wedding i was double booked and i called the 800-772-7117 and sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours before anyone even picked up. they refused to refund my ticket only give a voucher when there website messsed this up. they expect me to pay any extra $250 for a ticket i never booked and expect me to want to fly with them. if thats not bad enough they had a non english speaking person that was totally rude to me and lied when saying i was going to be refunded and said they would send me an email to cofirm this is 15 days i said i was going to wait on hold and then he came back and said no!! I have asked to speak to the supervisor atleast 30 times and he refuses and says he will not even give me the supervisors name. Spirit is a scam and they have the worst customer service they lye consistantly
