No trip to St. John would be complete without a stop at my favorite store in the world, Sloop Jones. This whimsical cottage is located at the east end of the island near Coral Bay. Sloop and his wife have created a colorful gem of a shop featuring hand painted clothing for the entire family. I have purchased many items and never been disappointed in the quality. My most recent purchase was a dress for my 2 year old granddaughter who will receive it at her birthday party today! If unusual casual clothing is your thing, you will not be disappointed.
