I am traveling to STT in less than 2 weeks with three friends, one of whom wants to add a spa day to her vacation (the beach is my spa!). Anyway, would anyone be able to recommend a spa or two on either STT or STJ.

On St. Thomas you could try the Journeys Spa at Wyndham; http://www.journeysspa.com/.

I've been to the Journeys Spa at Wyndham (even got my hair done there for my wedding!) and they we all very nice and all...I'd go there again before I'd go anywhere else!
