i've gotten to the point where i don't even answer questions that are already available via the menus or a search of the forum, because i know i will come off with an attitude and i don't want to discourage anyone.

this is a good time to say, no matter what kind of forum it is, your question is likely already answered and i have learned this over time. in fact, i rarely ever have to place a new question into any forum i visit (can't remember the last time i did!) because the info is usually already there. i do a lot of tech troubleshooting for new problems, and this has been true for me.
