can anybody tell me if you are allowed to sleep at the beach if there are no hotels available for this saturday april 19th....

You could camp out on Cinnamon Bay on St. John.

"Camping" at most beaches is not allowed...but, if you slept there, that's your business...you may not own anything anymore when you woke up, though.
