Hi,

We use to live in the VI and one of our favorite restaurants was Sibs up on the mountain. Are they still in business? Is is still THE best place to get ribs? Will it be opened mid week in December? What are the cab fares like these days?
We are coming by cruise ship and would like to eat a good meal on STT instead of the same old cruise ship fare.
Can anyone out there answer my questions and tell me more?

Thanks,
Linda

Sibs is still here and is a great place. They have expanded their dining room by opening up a courtyard outside in back. "Sibs for one can't be don!" still holds true! The ribs are awesome!! Definitley will be open in December...they never close! Haha! Cab fare will probably be around $6-$8 per person. Now for the bad news...they don't open 'til 4 pm. As a cruiseship visitor, you may not be able to make it. If you do, ENJOY!!
