If we take the ferry over to STJ for a day on the beach and then want to hit happy hour/dinner, how do we shower change etc?

There are showers at Trunk Bay. Not going to help with make-up and hairdo, but you can wash the sand off and change into clean, dry clothes.

Outlets? Blow dryer maybe? Don't worry about that when you're on vacation and trying to lay back alittle.
